This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of products purchased from BitarNet.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

Shipping Coverage

BitarNet currently ships products only within the Republic of Lebanon.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders with delivery addresses outside Lebanon will not be accepted.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Time

Delivery within Lebanon generally takes up to five (5) business days from the date the order is processed.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions
Traffic conditions
Public holidays
Security situations
Courier delays
Circumstances beyond BitarNet's reasonable control

Delivery Charges

Shipping and delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

BitarNet reserves the right to modify shipping fees at any time.

Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

Phone number
Complete delivery address

BitarNet shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, or inability to contact the customer, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss for products transfer to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address.

Order Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect products upon delivery.

Any issues relating to missing items, damaged packaging, or incorrect products should be reported to BitarNet within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Service Installations

Internet services, fiber installations, DSL activations, and other technical services are not considered shipped products and are subject to separate installation scheduling and service activation procedures.
