REFUND, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Overview

At BitarNet, we strive to provide quality products and services to our customers. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or subscribing to any service.

By purchasing products or services from BitarNet, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.

Returns

All sales are final.

BitarNet does not accept returns of any products purchased through our website, retail locations, or service channels.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Routers
Modems
Optical Network Terminals (ONTs)
Switches
Access Points
Network Equipment
Accessories
Software Licenses
Any other hardware or products sold by BitarNet

Customers are responsible for verifying product specifications and compatibility before completing a purchase.

Exchanges

BitarNet does not offer product exchanges.

All product purchases are final.

Refunds

BitarNet does not provide refunds, credits, reimbursements, or partial refunds for:

Product purchases
Internet subscriptions
Fiber Internet services
DSL Internet services
Business Internet services
Dedicated Internet services
Installation services
Activation fees
Setup fees
Labor charges
Technical services
Service upgrades
Service downgrades
Monthly subscription fees
Any other products or services sold by BitarNet

All payments made to BitarNet are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Fiber Optic MOT Services

Fiber Optic Internet services provided through infrastructure operated by the Lebanese Ministry of Telecommunications and/or OGERO are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Installation fees, activation fees, labor charges, fiber optic cable charges, equipment charges, and associated service costs are non-refundable once installation work has commenced or service has been activated.

A valid landline number is required for Fiber service activation. Customers who do not currently possess a landline number may request assistance from BitarNet in obtaining one. Any fees, subscriptions, taxes, or recurring charges associated with the landline service remain the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to OGERO.

Twenty-Four Month MOT Fiber Commitment Program

Customers who select the Twenty-Four Month Fiber Commitment Program agree to remain subscribed to BitarNet Fiber Internet service for a minimum period of twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

Customers who terminate service before completing the commitment period shall immediately become liable for the full equipment and installation charge applicable to their installation:

Nokia Installation Package: USD 120
Zhone Installation Package: USD 150

The equipment and installation charge includes:

Optical Network Terminal (ONT)
Fiber optic cable
Installation labor
Configuration
Activation
Associated installation materials

These charges are non-refundable.

Service Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of service by contacting BitarNet.

Cancellation of service does not entitle the customer to any refund, reimbursement, credit, or partial refund of any amounts previously paid.

A service cancellation fee may apply upon termination of service.

All outstanding balances, commitment obligations, equipment charges, cancellation fees, and other amounts owed to BitarNet shall become immediately due and payable upon cancellation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect products immediately upon delivery.

If a product is received damaged, defective, or materially different from the product ordered, the customer must notify BitarNet within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

BitarNet reserves the right to inspect the reported issue and determine the appropriate resolution, including repair or replacement where applicable.

This provision does not constitute a refund policy and does not guarantee a refund.
