Our Unlimited plans are not intended for:
- Continuous high-volume downloading or uploading
- Operating public servers
- Commercial bandwidth resale
- Continuous automated traffic generation
- Any activity that causes excessive network congestion
Why Do We Have a Fair Use Policy?
BitarNet's internet network is built on shared network resources that allow us to provide high-speed internet services at affordable prices.
The majority of our customers use the internet responsibly and will never be affected by this policy.
However, a very small number of users may consume unusually large amounts of bandwidth over extended periods, especially during peak usage hours. Excessive network consumption can reduce the quality of service experienced by other customers connected to the same network.

We do not inspect, monitor, or record the content of your internet activity.
